U Know Watt
October 2nd
These kinds of parties are only once a year. It's been maybe three years since a group of friends of Mira de Aire (my hometown) join and do something like this and it's always a great party. I'm not a big House music fan but with the certain amounts of alcohol it's kinda good! But this night was good not for the music but for the company I had before and after the party: what a lovely chat we had when we were going... love talking with you Samuel and after the party the chat was lovely too but I don't remember so clearly, hehehe. But during the party I had lots of fun with my friends, specially Guida and Rutchinha.
A great night indeed!

Jane Monheit – Taking a Chance On Love
Jane Monheit’s new CD... the songs are amazing, the band is fantastic and Jane “is” Jane Monheit: the singer we can’t get enough of, the singer that brings us back to the 40’s everytime she sings. And that’s a very good thing, at least to me; being able to close my eyes and imagine myself as if I was some place else, another time, another era… it’s fantastic. At the same time she gives us something new, always.
The musicians are so good too… Hope she comes to Portugal anytime soon, because I’ve missed two concerts and I won’t miss another one.
Speaking of concerts! Maria Rita goes to Porto’s Coliseum in November 21st and she’s in Lisboa in November 19th too but in Lisbon the venue is, in my opinion, too big for a concert that requires some intimacy. So I’m going to Porto to see her and I think it’ll be… wow…
Listening to Jane Monheit in “I Won’t Dance” (a duet with Michael Bublé)… «I know that music leads the way to romance so if I hold you in my arms I won’t dance, I won’t dance…» - Beautiful
